* Big Boxes of +50,000 square feet; Vacated; Free-Standing
* Nationwide
* MSA’s of +750,000 population; 3 mile population +50,000.
* Lease term remaining of 3-7 years; Credit Tenants Only
* Property frontage on the primary arterial for the purpose of creating outparcels(minimum 1 outparcel; frontage of +150 ft)
* Assume Existing Financing; Or, All Cash deal

Loans:

* TNL is now buying discounted notes.
* Collateralized by commercial real estate assets.
* Nationwide.
